Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing (where available)

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages IAMQUEEN FASHION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at iamqueenfashionllc@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
